By participating in the Archy Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms:

1.Eligibility – Only active Archy investors are eligible to participate.

2.Valid Referrals – You may refer any dental practice that is not already in discussions with Archy. If a practice has contacted Archy before being entered into the referral system, no reward will be granted.

3.Referral Restrictions – You may not refer yourself, another Archy investor, or any practice you own or have a financial interest in.

4.Successful Activation – A referral is considered successful when the referred practice signs up and goes live with Archy.

5.Reward Distribution – Rewards will be issued only after the referred practice has been actively using Archy for a minimum of 60 days.

6.Limited-Time Offers – Archy reserves the right to modify or end the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice.

7.Fraud Prevention – Any attempt to game the system, including fake referrals or duplicate submissions, will result in disqualification from the program.

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
