By participating in the Archy Partners Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility – The program is open to industry professionals, consultants, IT providers, and service organizations that work with dental practices.

2. Valid Referrals – A referral is only eligible if:

- The practice is not already in discussions with Archy.

- The practice is entered into the referral system before contacting Archy directly.

3. Referral Restrictions – Partners cannot refer their own business, any practice they own or have a financial interest in, or another Archy Partner.

4. Successful Activation – A referral is considered successful when the referred practice signs up and goes live with Archy.

5. Reward Distribution – Rewards will be issued only after the referred practice has been actively using Archy for a minimum of 60 days. The reward structure and payout details are subject to Archy’s discretion.

6. Compliance – Partners must accurately represent Archy’s products and services. Any false or misleading claims may result in disqualification from the program.

7. Program Modifications – Archy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Partners Program at any time without prior notice.

8. Fraud Prevention – Any attempt to abuse the program, including duplicate referrals, misrepresentation, or unethical practices, will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of rewards.
